Classic Barbecue Rub

Traditional seasoning for American barbecue, sweet, salty, smoky and complex.  This seasoning is best for slow roasting or smoking at low temperatures allowing the sweetness and spice blends to mingle with the meats juices as it cooks.  We like it on pork, chicken, turkey or vegetables.
